In this book the antagonist is Denise. She is the main character in the book. She is falling in love with Tyler. She is always taking care of her son Kyle, and she has a job that she goes to everyday. She lives a everyday life. But Tyler is getting further away from her. He is slowly losing interest in Denise. He is scared of commitment, and he deals with that by pushing Denise away. I would say that Tyler is the protagonist. Demise is a caring, loving and kind person. She cares for everyone, and is always trying to do what is best for her son, kyle.
