The Lucky One
Nicholas Sparks
End of Boook

The book cover for this book is darker kindof representing nighttime in a way. The title of the book and the author are in big letters in the middle of it at the top. There is a bok around the words on the cover and the text is black. There is a picture of a farris wheel and an evergreen tree on it. In this book, the character Logan discovers a picture while he was in the military in Kuwait. This picture had a picture of a girl on it with a fairground setting in the background. There were 3 evergreen trees behind her. I think that is where the picture on the cover comes from. The picture symbolizes Logan's journy to find the woman in the picture. The book has a nighttime setting with a shooting star flying across it. I think this represents the title of the book and the journy that takes Logan to the woman in the picture. The book cover symbolizes a lot about the book.

  1. It sounds like there is a lot going on on the cover. What did you infer about the book when you first saw the cover? Did you think that the cover was symbolic and representing the contents of the book?
