Tess Ory
Letters to God
Patrick Doughtie & John Perry
Pg. 95
The setting in this novel takes place mostly at home. They spend as much time as possible at home because they love to be with each other. A little time is spent at the hospital when Patrick was involved in the car accident. They also spend some time at Ty's soccer games and playing outside. For the most part, they are inside their house. If they did not spend as much time in their house together, it would seem like they were not such a loving family. They love spending time with each other and cherishing each others moments, and that is what this novel is about: family and the obstacles they must overcome.
