Quarter 1, Blog 6

Kyle Weber
Friday Night Lights

My book does not discuss characters in the present tense, because of the style of book. When the auther does reflect on a character, he tells of their personal life when they were a child or their personality and behaviors toward different situations. I suppose that the character that changed the most was James "Boobie " Miles. The way that he changed was that he was no longer a superstar because of his injury. The author also tells of the transformation of Ivory Christian. He was a drinker and someone who hung at on the streets at all hours. He then "escaped into the cloth." He found comfort with religion and decided to pursue his dream of becoming a minister.
