Tyler Book
The Mentor Leader
Tony Dungy
Pg. 142

There aren't really any characters in my book, so I would say the author changed the most. Tony Dungy tells about his life and how mentor leadership changed his life. He uses mentoring to help make himself a better person. He gives an example of this when he is forced to make decisions about his football coaching career. He makes decisions on what he thinks will benefit everyone best. Tony Dungy looks back at what he could change and how the decisions he made could be changed to help him. He doesn't really change during the book. It is more of him telling about how he changed in his life before he wrote the book. Its hard to explain, I guess, but he changed to help make himself a better leader and so he could help other people.
