The antagonists in my book are the people who don't believe in the coach's work. They are going against his beliefs and disagreeing with him. They don't believe that what he is doing is good for the greater whole. They don't belive that he is helping society by helping individual kids from the projects. But they are wrong. Eventually he will have made a huge impact and it will be visible to the outsider's eye. They argue with him because they don't know what it takes to do the jobs that he does. They don't know the rigors.
Eventually do they agree with what he is doing? It's pretty obvious that he is doing something good by helping the kids from the projects because it's not something that you would see everyday. It takes a stable person to be able to help out other people.
