the most important event in the book was when president came to katniss house and told her that she has stirred up a comotion that will lead to a revolt. it has affected the chacter because she is trying to stop the revolt and she is not doing very well. and she is afraid that she will get her family killed. along with all her friends in distrct 12 and other districts.
